Customer Testimonial - Clearcover
While leading Brand Strategy and the in-house creative team at Clearcover, a car insurance startup, I created a visual style and campaign strategy for our customer testimonials. I began by conducting market research to understand customer desires in the industry at large. Then, I interviewed our customers across the U.S. to understand what it was about Clearcover specifically that created value in their lives. Using research and interview data, I reached out to a diverse group of customers and produced mini documentaries about them. By telling human stories that happened to feature car insurance as a secondary character in the story, we helped potential customers understand Clearcover’s value propositions in a way that felt personal, sincere, and relatable.
