Black Diamond is a family-owned plumbing, heating, and air company that wanted to refresh their broadcast TV and streaming commercials. We worked with them to understand their unique value propositions. Then I wrote, produced, and shot a set of 3 commercials that reflected their customers and their needs.

Later, when they wanted a video that captured what it was like to work at Black Diamond to support their recruiting efforts, we spent a day interviewing their people and capturing b-roll to help them paint a picture of what future teammates could expect once they joined the team.
